my neck, and then Eddie (the
Hawaiian boy who went to Banff
once to drive for Brewsters and who
drives for them here and is a
great friend of Pete's) was had two
very lovely carnation lie's {sic} for me
which he had specially picked for me,
and then he drove us to the hotel
which is easily two miles from
the city, and right on the beach.
It was a glorious day and not a
bit too hot in fact it seems to be
lovely and cool all the time. So
far it has been perfect, a light
cool breeze and plenty of shade to
protect you from a hot sun. It's
