Sunday, August 21 1937

Dearest Mother,
We've had one good day which was yesterdasy, but today [.a..] it started out well got quite overcast by noon. and so [.ayh] we took our [lu..e.] [and?] we came back quite early.

Wednesday I guess was the last day I wrote you & maybe it was Thursday. I can't quite remember which day was which. I know we were fairly busy with people in Banff and they decided to get away as soon as possible Thursday. Nu[?] Gibbon came down to see some photographs that morning at tea. We were off ready to leave before [lu..e.] & she left soon. However [T.auk Pauna-Baker?] [au a...st?] who we were anxious to ask about galleries in Toronto came saw and before he left. Mary Curtis and [Mrs?] Edwin Brooks.
