It stopped as quickly as it
had begun and we soon dried
off. The next shower we ran into
[....] worse so we did finaly
put the top up. It is a very
lovely & interesting drive around
the island. Little villages and
beaches. Some farms & some
dairy farms. We stopped to see
David. He is a pure Hawaiian
and has built a grass hut where
he lives in native fashion, shows
tourists how the Hawaiians used
to live and is a great character
and a very fine person. He is
busy building some new
huts were people can go and
stay and we are thinking of
going over there later on and
painting them.
